Your own tour guide will take you back in time with the history of the city, and participants will have the opportunity to visit the colonial and historic old Panama City, founded in 1673, known as the Casco Viejo. Family Adventure Day Boat Expedition - Take a boat tour with the family, through the Panama Canal and into secret waterways. Discover hidden islands where Capuchin and Howler monkeys can be seen leaping in the trees above. Occasionally, they become curious of visitors and venture down to take a closer look. In this boat tour ride, you will have the opportunity to spot huge container ships. Experience the Canal from a unique and up-close perspective, unlike anything you would see from a large cruise ship.

Sea Turtle Hatching & Nesting - June – November – Five of the world’s eight species of sea turtles can be found in Panama. If you are staying at Dreams Playa Bonita from June through November, you can find sea turtles emerging to lay their eggs in the sand of the beach.

Whale Watching – July – October & December – February – Witness the migration of whales, who have the longest migratory journey of any mammal.
