Terms & Conditions

For family and friends of members to participate in the Unlimited Sharing program they must comply with all of the following terms and conditions.
1. Participants must be sponsored an Unlimited Vacation Club member.
2. Married and cohabitating participants must be between 30 years of age and 68 years of age, gainfully employed and traveling with at least one (1) major credit card. (No Debit Cards, Check Cards, Company Cards or Discover Cards). Legally single women meeting all other requirements are welcome but must be 35 years of age or older.
3. If married or cohabitating, both persons must travel together and attend the pre-scheduled 120-minute Membership Presentation together. If participants fail complete their scheduled 120-minute Membership Presentation they will be charged the hotel’s established retail “rack” rate for their entire stay.
4. Participants may not be a co-owner or a beneficiary of a current UVC Membership. Moreover they may not be employed by an airline, hotel or mini-vac company. Direct family members of a UVC Member are not elegible for this promotion.
5. Participants must be residents of the United States, Canada, Mexico or any other country that has no “banking restrictions” on transactions made abroad.
6. The Unlimited Sharing promotion may change from time to time based on season and available accommodations. Unless otherwise stipulated in writing all such promotions do not include airport transfers, airline tickets or incidental expenses at the resort that are not part of the resort’s all-inclusive plan.
7. Once a confirmed reservation is provided the assigned Executive Service agent will schedule the participant’s 120-minute Membership Presentation. The Executive Services agent will also assist the participant with special discounts on airport transfers and planned excursions.
8. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or vacation offering of another company for another resort during the same period or for the period prior to the participant’s scheduled arrival date or the period after the participant’s scheduled departure date.
9. The participant(s) may not have attended an Unlimited Vacation Club membership presentation.
10. All reservations under the Unlimited Sharing program must be made no later than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the participant.
11. If traveling with other participants under the Unlimited Sharing program, each guest is required to attend the 120-minute Membership Presentation separately and at their scheduled appointment time.
Failure to comply with all of the above terms and conditions will result in the participant(s) being charged the public “rack” rate for their stay when checking out of the hotel.
