A renewal fee is an annual fee paid on the anniversary date of your membership agreement. Your agreement provides the terms that apply to your membership.

For bank deposit details, please refer to the payment information provided in your member account or contact UVC Member Services. Because banking details may change, members should use the most current information provided through official UVC channels.

To make a payment online, sign in at unlimitedvacationclub.com and select My Account. From there, choose Make Payment to view available payment options. UVC accepts most major credit cards; American Express may not be accepted.

There are a few reasons UVC emails may not appear in your inbox. First, confirm that the email address in My Account is current. Then check your junk, spam, and clutter folders, and add promotions@info.unlimitedvacationclub.com to your address book. If multiple people use the same email account, it is also possible the message was opened, moved, or deleted before you saw it. If you still are not receiving messages, please contact UVC so our team can review your account.

Sign in to your account, open the My Account dropdown, and select My Profile. Choose Update Profile, make the necessary changes, and submit your updates. Please allow up to one week for changes to be reflected across communications. Before submitting, review your profile carefully to make sure no other important contact details were changed by mistake.

How do I make resort reservations online?

To book online you must log into www.unlimitedvacationclub.com and select the ""Book Online"" tab. Select your travel criteria and submit your search to see what's available. You can access this page directly by clicking here.

HOW DO I BOOK TRANSPORTATION TO-AND-FROM THE AIRPORT?

Visit the Amstar page, fill in your travel criteria and select your desired option.

WHAT ARE THE CHARGES FOR CHILDREN?

Infants 0 - 35 months old are free of charge. Children ages 3 - 12 years old are charged a children's rate.

Note: These rules do not apply for Zoёtry Wellness & Spa Resorts.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY COMPLIMENTARY UPGRADE?

Members are eligible for these upgrades to the next available room categories upon check-in, based on availability. If the next available room category is unavailable, an upgrade to the next highest available room category will be available upon an additional charge (to be determined upon check-in).

HOW DO I PRICE MATCH TO OBTAIN THE BEST AVAILABLE RATE?

Send a screenshot or attachment of where you obtained the lower rate to memberservices@unlimitedvacationclub.com. Be sure to include the website, hotel, travel dates, number of guests (please specify adults and children), room type, total price (including taxes). Please make sure to include the time and date in a your screen shot. After the email is sent, please give us a call.

Terms & Conditions

• The rate must be a public rate and therefore you cannot be logged on as a member of the travel website. No transfers or flights may be included in the total price. No additional bonus or discount may be applied.
• Please make sure to include the date/time on your screen shot (menu task bar) at the bottom right hand corner of your print screen as price matches are only authorized 24-48 hours after the print screen is taken. Must send print screen at least 48 hours prior to your travel date, otherwise, they will not be accepted. Once you have submitted your price match, you will receive a confirmation email that your price match has been applied prior to your travel date.
• The website where you obtain your price match must be from the same country where you reside. Price Match Guarantee does not apply to Government and Military rates, AARP rates, AAA rates, and Promotional codes.

CAN WE USE PREFERRED CLUB/VANTAGE CLUB/XHALE CLUB/SUN CLUB AREAS AT THE RESORTS?

Your membership depends on your entitlement to access Preferred Club areas (Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts, Secrets Resorts & Spas, Dreams Resorts & Spas and Now Resorts & Spas), xhale club areas (Breathless Resorts & Spas) and Sun Club areas (Sunscape Resorts & Spas). Even if you did not book one of these room categories, you still have the exclusive privilege of utilizing these areas. Additionally, at Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya, the Club Level area is considered a Preferred section; therefore, members with Emerald level and above may access this area without booking that specific room category.

ARE THERE ANY BLACKOUT DATES?

Members with Choices memberships can only use Premier Nights April 15th through December 15th on any given year, excluding major holidays or festive weekends. All other membership tiers can reserve Premier Nights year round except for major holidays and festive weekends. To see upcoming holidays and festive weekend calendar go to My Account > My Profile > Holidays (found in the left side bar).

Premier, Reward and VIP Weeks defined

Premier Nights: UVC Members are granted an allotment of Premier Nights as a benefit to membership. The amount of nights varies by membership level and is indicated in each individual contract. Using Premier Nights for a booking consists of the applicable all-inclusive room category for two people, at no cost. Applicable room type, validity period and resort brand to which the member has access is determined by membership level. Must be a minimum of 2-night reservation to utilize.

VIP Weeks: UVC members receive this benefit which allows for a 7-night stay (non-divisible) for two people at the applicable room category for two people at a preferential rate when booking a 1X1 exchange resort or a 3-night stay (non-divisible) when booking a 2X1 exchange resort. The room category, number of weeks granted, validity period and resort brands accessible to the member vary by membership level and can be found in each individual contract.

Reward Nights: Reward nights are earned through programs, such as Unlimited Sharing and function similar to Premier Nights, as presented above.

How do I make a reservation using these nights?

Members can book online or via call center. If booking online, indicate which night type in the booking bar. Or call to book and advise the agent that you wish to book using Premier Nights/Reward/VIP Weeks.

When do Premier Nights/Reward/VIP Weeks expire?

These night types all have usage timeframes with expiration dates. Expiration dates vary by membership level and are indicated in each individual contract. Access to applicable night types are in correlation to membership payment and usage require the member to be in good standing. Expiration timing begins from the date the contract becomes active.

Can I make changes to VIP Week or Premier Night reservations?

Yes, as long as not past expiration date and dependent on resort availability for new dates.

Can I make a reservation with Premier/Reward/VIP Weeks for travel that takes place after expiration date?

Yes. However, the reservation must be booked prior to expiration and cannot be modified once made. Travel can take place up to 6 months after expiration.

My Premier Nights/Reward/VIP Weeks are about to expire. Can they be extended?

Unfortunately they are not able to be extended; however, if the reservation is made prior to expiration, a member can travel up to 6 months after expiration. Please note in these cases, no modifications can be made to this reservation once the expiration date has passed.

How do I add children to my reservation when booking using Premier Nights/Reward/VIP Weeks?

Please contact the call center to add children to the reservation. Payment will be made upon arrival to resort.

Are Premier Nights/Reward/VIP Weeks reservations limited to single or double occupancy? Is it possible to add a third to a room?

These room night types allow for up to two people in a room. To add an additional (3rd) adult guest, please contact the call center. The cost will be quoted at the time of reservation. Payment will be made upon arrival to resort. Please note that addition of a third person is dependent on room occupancy restrictions for specific room categories, as defined by the resort.

Can I use Premier Nights at European Collection?

At this time, Premier Nights cannot be redeemed at properties in the European Collection.

Can I use a combination of VIP Weeks, Premier Nights and Unlimited Nights for a single reservation? If yes how do I book?

Yes, a combination of night types can be used. If a night type use is greater than 2 nights, members can book online or with a call center. If looking to extend a reservation by 1 night, you will need to book through call center as individual reservations have a 2 night minimum. In either case, this will be counted as two separate reservations and will have separate reservation fees.

Do the same cancellation rules apply for reservations using Premier Nights?

Yes; however, please note, if a combination of night types is used for a continuous reservation, this only counts as 1 reservation (even though the member will receive confirmation numbers for each).

Are the amount of reservations using Premier Nights capped at each resort? Do I need to book earlier using Premier Nights to secure my room and travel dates?

No, availability is based on occupancy of applicable room categories. Members have access to these rooms until sold out. As always, best to book early to ensure you get your preferred room, resort and travel dates.

VIP Weeks require reservation to be made a minimum of 60 days in advance. As always, best to book early to ensure you get your preferred room, resort and travel dates.

Can VIP weeks be spilt up (for example a 3-night stay and a 4-night stay)?

No, VIP weeks must be used in their entirety, non-divisible.

Can friends/family use my VIP weeks? How would they book?

These are not technically transferable, but a member is able to make a reservation for a recipient using their VIP weeks

Where can I find my available Premier Nights/Reward Nights/VIP Weeks?

Members can find their available nights for their account in the “My Profile” section of the website and the applicable room categories will be displayed to you based on your membership tier.

The list of eligible 1-for-1, 2-for-1 and 3-for-1  resorts is subject to change. Please review the current list below before booking. European Collection properties are not available for Premier Night reservations.

HOW WILL MY PAYMENT BE PROCESSED FOR EUROPEAN COLLECTION RESORTS?

The Europe resorts rates will be displayed in Euros and payments will be processed in Euros. Exchange rates will be determined by your bank.

IS PRICE MATCHING AVAILABLE FOR THE EUROPEAN COLLECTION RESORTS WITH MY MEMBERSHIP? 

Please see the Price Matching section of FAQs for information and proper processing details. Price Match agencies are determined by contract and according to place of residence. Additional terms and conditions apply to this program.

CAN I USE REWARD OR PREMIER NIGHTS AT EUROPEAN COLLECTION RESORTS?

No, you can only use Unlimited Nights for European Collection resorts.

ARE THERE HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS OR BLACKOUTS FOR EUROPEAN COLLECTION RESORTS?

Blackouts and holiday restrictions may apply and are subject to restrictions and specifications of the destination, including holidays (Holy week, Easter week, Christmas week and New year´s week) as well as festive weekends, as determined by the resort.

WILL THERE BE FLIGHTS AVAILABLE THROUGH UVC TO THE EUROPEAN COLLECTINO PROPERTIES?

At this time, there are no flights available or provided through the Unlimited Vacation Club for European Collection properties.

DO THE BRANDS KEEP THE SAME CONCEPT? 

You can expect Zoëtry to offer serene unique boutique havens, adults-only Secrets being romance oriented, Dreams resorts catering to couples, and couples with children; however, the service levels and offerings in The European Collection properties will follow suit to the traditional European levels of service and experience.

The inclusions of Endless Privileges^® will vary at Zoëtry Mallorca from the traditional inclusions and Unlimited-Luxury^® is replaced with Unlimited Experience for Secrets and Dreams properties, which remains an all-inclusive experience varied by resort.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ALUA AND OTHER BRANDS?

Alua is a 4 star brand for families, couples and friends looking to enjoy the destination with affordable, comfortable and vibrant accommodations.

DO ALL MEMBERSHIP LEVELS HAVE ACCESS TO THE EUROPEAN COLLECTION?

Yes! All membership levels have access to The European Collection properties.

WHAT IS THE "CUSTOMER CLUB" LOYALTY PROGRAM? ARE THESE PERKS ALREADY INCLUDED FOR UVC MEMBERS? ARE THEY COMBINABLE OR WILL UVC MEMBERS AND CUSTOMER CLUB MEMBERS BE ENTITLED TO THE SAME BENEFITS?

The Customer Club loyalty program discounts cannot be applied in addition to the 25% member discount already provided. The Customer Club program is available only through the resort website and will have a higher rate than the UVC member discount. You will enjoy all other Customer Club loyalty program perks as a UVC member.

WHAT ARE THE SEASONAL DATES FOR EUROPEAN COLLECTION PROPERTIES?

Members may enjoy the benefits of this program: preferred rates for a wide array of travel, leisure and lifestyle products and services.  Members will receive two (2) years of affiliation to the U Experiences program free of charge. From the third year, members may renew this membership on their own directly with the service provider if they wish so. This membership can remain in good standing as long as the Unlimited Vacation Club® membership is in good standing.

HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN START USING MY RCI^® BENEFIT?

Enrollment in RCI benefits can take 60-90 days from your membership activation date.

WHAT IS TRADING POWER?

Trading Power is the value assigned to all resort weeks available for exchange in the RCI system. Exchange Trading Power is always changing based on supply, demand and utilization at the time of the vacation search. For example, if you are searching for an exchange vacation in Colorado during ski season, the Exchange Trading Power required is generally going to be higher than if you were to search for the same destination in the spring. If you need more trading power to confirm a reservation with RCI, you have the benefit of combining another week to obtain your maximum trading power.

WHAT DISCOUNTS DO I RECEIVE FROM FUNJET?

Discounted amounts will vary based on season, flight and gateways, but UVC members will always enjoy a better rate than what is available to the public.

WHAT IS A CHARTER FLIGHT OR "EXCLUSIVE NON-STOP FLIGHT?"

These are flights that are not part of “scheduled air.” Funjet secures an entire aircraft with mid-size air carriers or an allotment of seats on a particular flight and is then able to offer this advantage to its passengers in select gateways. An advantage of Funjet’s Exclusive Nonstop Flights are that prices typically include most surcharges, such as fuel and taxes. 

HOW DO I MODIFY MY FUNJET FLIGHT DETAILS? 

Please call 1-800-968-3592 to arrange your seat assignment. For anything related to resort bookings you must call the UVC Call Center (USA 1-877-923-2582) or use the UVC website. 

CAN I USE PREMIER NIGHTS, VIP WEEKS, UVC CERTIFICATES OR LEISURE CASH TO PAY FOR FUNJET PLANE TICKETS? 

No. Only the payment methods specified in the Funjet website are acceptable.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY LIFESTYLE COLLECTION MEMBERSHIP? 

As a member, you are given two free years of membership with Lifestyle Collection. This program offers savings on Cruises, Luxury Resorts, Shopping and much more. Please note, enrollment can take 30-45 days from your membership activation date.

HOW DO I ENROLL IN THE WORLD OF HYATT LOYALTY PROGRAM?

You can join World of Hyatt by enrolling online, at any of our hotels, via phone by calling (800) 544-9288 / (402) 593-8615 in North America or by contacting a Hyatt Global Care Center.

If a tier match your World of Hyatt membership is part of your new or upgraded UVC agreement, your tier upgrade will be processed within 30 days. If you were not previously enrolled in World of Hyatt, you will receive a welcome email from World of Hyatt upon enrollment in UVC salesroom and a second once your membership status is upgraded.

If you choose not to enroll in World of Hyatt at the time of signing your UVC contract, you also forgo the elite status offer as part of the contract. You can still enroll in World of Hyatt at anytime.

IF I UPGRADE UVC MEMBERSHIP LEVELS, WILL MY WORLD OF HYATT BENEFIT BE EXTENDED?

As part of an upgraded contract, you may be offered a World of Hyatt elite tier for the remainder of the calendar year plus 26 months.

WILL I RECEIVE A SEPARATE WORLD OF HYATT LOYALTY PROGRAM NUMBER OR WILL IT BE THE SAME AS MY UVC MEMBER ID? 

World of Hyatt is a separate program, and you will therefore have a separate World of Hyatt membership number that can be used across 1,100+ hotels participating in World of Hyatt to earn points, redeem awards and enjoy in-hotel benefits when you stay.

DOES MY UNLIMITED VACATION CLUB MEMBERSHIP NEED TO BE IN GOOD STANDING IN ORDER TO RECEIVE AND UTILIZE WORLD OF HYATT MEMBERSHIP?

Your World of Hyatt membership is independent of your UVC membership. Once World of Hyatt status and benefits are issued, it is not affected by your UVC membership standing and can be used in accordance with the World of Hyatt terms and conditions. However, if you are not in good standing with UVC (or World of Hyatt), you will not be offered new promotions related to World of Hyatt.

CAN I TRANSFER MY TIER UPGRADE TO A CO-OWNER OR BENEFICIARY? 
Upon enrollment with World of Hyatt, the UVC contract owner or co-owner decide who will receive the tier upgrade. Once elected, this cannot be transferred. A beneficiary cannot be selected.

WHAT BENEFITS DO I RECIEVE AT WORLD OF HYATT LOCATIONS AS AN UNLIMITED VACATION CLUB MEMBER?

WHICH ON-PROPERTY PURCHASES EARN WORLD OF HYATT POINTS AT RESORTS THAT PARTICIPATE IN UVC? AND HOW DO I ENSURE THESE POINTS ARE ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT? 

Eligible stays booked via UVC call center or website, and using Unlimited Nights are eligible for earning World of Hyatt points and Tier-Qualifying Night credits. Eligible stays using Premier Nights are eligible for Tier-Qualifying Night credits. Other on-property spend may be eligible to earn World of Hyatt points, such as private dining and spa experiences. Your World of Hyatt membership number must be added to your reservation and can be done at check-in or checkout. Points are automatically deposited into your account following checkout. Your World of Hyatt account is available for review online or in the World of Hyatt app.

WILL I EARN WORLD OF HYATT POINTS USING MY HYCARD TO PURCHASE A NEW OR MEMBERSHIP UPGRADE?

I STAYED AT A HYATT PROPERTY PRIOR TO BECOMING A WORLD OF HYATT MEMBER. CAN I EARN POINTS OR TIER-QUALIFYING NIGHTS CREDITS FOR THOSE STAYS? 

No, you must be a member of World of Hyatt prior to checking out of a qualifying stay at a participating hotel or resort to earn points or Tier-Qualifying Night credits for your stay.

I STAYED AT A HYATT PROPERTY AS A WORLD OF HYATT MEMBER AND I FORGOT TO ADD MY WORLD OF HYATT NUMBER TO MY STAY. HOW CAN I EARN CREDIT FOR MY STAY? 

As World of Hyatt member you may request credit for stays up to one year after checkout. Please allow 2-3 weeks from your checkout date for your stays to appear in your account. To request retroactive credit, simply complete and submit your request using our online Past Stay Credit form.

WHAT BENEFITS DO I RECEIVE AT WORLD OF HYATT LOCATIONS AS AN UNLIMITED VACATION CLUB MEMBER?

CAN I BOOK RESORTS THAT PARTICIPATE IN WORLD OF HYATT THROUGH THE UVC WEBSITE OR CALL CENTER? 

Resorts that participate in UVC and World of Hyatt can be booked in UVC channels. You must provide your World of Hyatt membership number at check-in to earn points and Tier-Qualifying Night credit for your stay. For all other resorts and hotels in the World of Hyatt program, you can book on hyatt.com, the World of Hyatt app, or by calling a Global Care Center.

AS A WORLD OF HYATT DISCOVERIST MEMBER, WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO PREFERRED CLUB ROOMS AT RESORTS PARTICIPATING IN THE UVC PROGRAM?

If you have a UVC Silver membership level or higher, yes.
